For several time i had this message: Reported by vision.VideoFileReader: Unable to checkout a license for the Computer Vision System Toolbox.
I do have a campus license that include the Computer Vision System Toolbox , I was working 15 min ago and I cant work any more. What is going on?

One possibility is if there is a limitation on the number of simultaneous users of the license, and it happened to be reached while you were working.

You should check with your MATLAB license administrators to see whether running out of licenses is something that can happen in your campus (and, of course, whether it really is occurring.)
You _might_ be able to convince the license administrators to reserve a license for your exclusive use; but you might be told that if you want a reserved license then you should find the money to pay for it.
Another thing to note is that if your system loses network access (e.g., you wandered in to a place where WiFi does not work) then you will not be able to access the license server. Also if the license server itself goes down, you would have problems. These kinds of license server problems can be "solved" by getting licenses locked to your particular computer: more $$$.
