How can I send a wrndlg message if the user hasn´t filled an individual cell in a uitable in GUIDE?

I want to tell the user to go back and fill every cell in the Uitable only if there is an empty cell in a Uitable in Matlab GUIDE. Is the isempty function helpful?

Thanks Walter. My problem is: that the command window shows error if I try to get a column vector data from a Uitable when there is a missing input value inside the vector. I want to be able to let the user get a graph only if he has filled all the required column vectors inside the Uitable.
