How to get two intercepts of two curves

How do i get x-coordinates of two intercepts of a curve and a line parallel to x-axis.

You an use the following function to calculation intersection:

The function works now, but i couldn't get to use the function properly. from my code i get blue curve, but i need to find the intersection of the blue curve with the black one(which is 0.98* of peak point of blue curve).
