siumlink code generation

thanks for the reply. i tried as you mentioned but i am still getting the same error.can u suggest any other advice? secondly,Kindly clarify me one thing,if possible, that " can i generate c code for the target device(f28035 in this case)without connecting the target device using simulink ". i am using matlab 2010b and ccs4 on windows7
