Install the matlab on the desktop and the laptop with two different versions (2016a, 2015a)? Smartphone also is taken as a machine?

I bought a student license. Can I install the matlab on the desktop and the laptop with two different versions (2016a, 2015a)? The same license can be used on two machines. If I installed matlab on my desktop and laptop, can I also use the same license on my smartphone?

The r2015b and r2016a license terms for Student Version restrict it to one machine, not two.

MATLAB Mobile does not count against the limit .

It means that the rule is changed now. I should have read the instruction carefully

The R2014a limit was also 1. I have not gone through the previous versions to check their limits.
