How use net assembly in matlab?

Hello All,
I'm using Matlab to run an external software (Hugin, which is used to perform Bayesian network analysis). As a results I have an HAPI assembly to work with. However, I have don't understand how I can work with all the classes that belong to the assembly. do you have Any ideas regarding that? Thanks.
