Saving Matlab resutls and output

In the matlab workspace the output/results can be easily saved. But when we train the network with some data to see the performance of the training, the regression plots along with the histograms and performance plots can not be saved as a file. My Question is how to do that? Is there any options to save those plots?

One more thing: Is there any GUI which helps to run large dataset with the trained network (where i don't have to put any target data-because the net is already trained)?

I think you are looking for: saveas(gca,'name','tif')

You can save figures or histograms. Other file formats are also supported.
