How to create image from latitude and longitude

I have an ascii file where latitude,longitude and rainfall is there.I have to create an image from it it in matlab. Me attaching one file.

There are many ways to create an image. It is tough to give a clear answer to an unclear question. Describe exactly what you want to create and what you have tried so far.
