Solve for the square root of each value in a matrix

Write a function that takes the square root of only positive values. If the value is negative assign a NaN value. Use an if statement. The separately create a code that loads a matrix, then uses your function “sqrt” from earlier to solve for the square root of each of the values in the matrix.
