I have a Linux Server (RHAT 6.5) and at times MATLAB starts and runs painfully slow. It's not due to other apps, the load is light. Sometimes its very fast, but every once in a while, when a user launches it, even the startup is painfully slow. Is there a way to monitor what it's doing during startup, or does a document explain whats going on behind the splash screen.
