Singular Matrix in simulink Model: How to find the ill matrix?

In my quite large simulink model I get at some Point of the Simulation the warning:
"Matrix is singular, close to singular or badly scaled. Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = NaN."
So I guess some Matrix in my model may get filled with values that either cannot be further treated (such as NaN itself) or that my Matrix is baldy conditioned.
Since I have a multitude of Subsystems with Subsystems in it and many more matrices and I also have some functions that might manage matrices, how can I find the Problem causing spot. Please note that this Problem only occurs at certain occasions and that my Workspace variables are in the hundreds.
