My project is generalized equalization model for image enhancement.. Can anyone please help me to implement with matlab code?

The model means it is the joint strategy of white balancing and contrast enhancement with some parameters such as contrast gain and non linearity..By using this model I want to enhance the image.. I had attached my paper also
