I am not able to obtain the output out of a push pull converter connected to a PV panel

I have connected a PV panel to a Push-pull converter. the pv panel is obtained by newton raphson method in matlab function in simulink. the output of the Push-pull converter is very low and different values of inductance and capacitance have made no change in output. I would be obliged if anyone can help me.
