Hello there,
A silly question!
I have a phase noise profile given as [-100, -120] at frequency offset [1Mhz 10Mhz]. The sampling frequency is 500MHz. I would like to know the bandwidth of phase noise mask. Is there any way to know bandwidth with this information i have?
Another thing, how can i calculate the variance of phase noise that is being added to my information signal?
Thanks all

Hi,
Can you elaborate more on what you mean by the term 'Bandwidth of Phase Noise Mask'?
To answer your second question, refer to the link below that contains an example of constructing a Phase Noise and applying the same to a signal:

I mean, 3-dB bandwidth of phase noise mask. Phase noise mask is [-100 -120] @ [1Mhz 10Mhz].
Hope its clear.
Thanks alot :)
