Many subplots: none of them are shown

Hi I have a matlab file that generates an upper triangle matrix of subplots. However when I try to run the script and open it on my computer, because the size of my screen is small matlab doesn't show any of the plots. Is there any way that I can either save an image that show all of them or to do something that all plot are shown in matlab?

I have attched the file to you (matlabmcmc2).
