I want to find out which matrix (actually is a discrete plot) is more similar to another signal by using ANN

Suppose I have a group of matrixs (.mat data in workspace),I want to use ANN to discern which signal is more similar to my signal. I've attached a doc that explain completely what I want to do. Please help me. Thank you so much.
