What is wrong with the product? It's says my product is expiring in 44 days but it will not accept my license id when I open a ticket. Also, how do I fix the expiration problem. I do calculus III, Physics III this semester and I don't want to have problems with the product when the semester starts?

How have you tried creating the support request? There are several ways you can contact the technical support team:

Your included images indicate Academic License. Individual users of Academic Licenses usually are not authorized to open support cases; the Asset Adminstrator or Technical Contact has to open the case for those licenses, usually.
Academic licenses do not normally expire (though their support might expire), but it is possible for sites to purchase site licenses for limited duration. You would probably need to contact your university IT administrators to arrange renewal through them.
One of the Mathworks employees might happen to notice the thread and be able to look up the administrators for your license. Or you might possibly be able to see who the contact is if you use the License Center https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter/
