Extracting specific latitude/longitude from Grid

Hello, I am working on MERRA300.prod.assim.tavg1_2d_slv_Nx in MATLAB. I am interested in reading & saving data for specified co-ordinates ,i have tried HDF eos2dump tool to extract co-ordinates, but i am unable to save the DATAFIELD values for specified co-ordinates. Attached is the code i have worked on. The code plots data for the whole world but i am interested in specified co-ordinates.
your help will mean a lot me.
