Can someone tell me or guide me with how to implement Low Latency Queue in matlab (say between two routers connected by a link )
A low latency queue is a combination of Class based Weighted Fair Queuing + Priority Queuing .
Any help will be appreciated

Nice thought but not relevant. LLQ has to do with routing data fairly when some data might be higher priority.
