I have a task of counting cement bags moving on a conveyor belt and displaying the count. Is it possible to count the bags by processing a recorded video of the process?I have installed MATLAB version R2103a.
How can i use the Image processing or computer vision toolbox to complete my task? My Email Id is sankar_18395@yahoo.in for reference

Hi Sankara,
Is your camera stationary? If so, then take a look at this example, showing how to track moving objects. This should give you a good place to start.

Yes camera is stationary. Will the code work even if the background i.e the conveyor belt is moving??
