I have a panel data in long format just like the attachment "before", now I want to transform it in a way that variables of a specific country will be under their respective countries on the column while years Will be on rows of the data frame.. Just like in the attachment" After "

Here's one way, where the form of resulting table Tnew closely matches the form of the table in the "after" image:

Maybe the second option is more like what you're after.
As for the first option, that's just how the table Tnew is displayed. Use disp() to show it like I've shown it here. However, each table contained in Tnew should be of size 25x15, but yours is showing 1x15, so something (either the code or the data) is different. Please share the code you ran, and the data file if it's different than the one you already shared.
