Is there any way to repoen an XY Graph during a simulation once you have closed it?

No. This is why: 1. 'Look Under Mask' of the XY block. It is an S-function block;
2. During the initialization stage of the S-function block, a MATLAB figure window is created. Once the model simulation starts, the update method of the block is called at each time step and the data is plotted into the axes of this figure;
3. If the figure window is closed, the figure handle is destroyed and the S-function does not have an axes to write data to;
4. It is not possible to have a parameter that will re-open the figure because the XY block sets all the figure properties during initialization;
5. You can try to rewrite the S-function and provide a parameter that listens to whether the figure is open or not and another parameter that allows you to open a new figure during block update. Good luck!
