phase shifting of 3 phase transformer

I need phase shifting - three phase transformer simulink model where primary is star connected and secondary is 5 delta delta with phase angle will be the +24, +12, 0,-12, -24 per phase.

We don't have exactly the block that you are looking for, but you can set something up with the existing blocks. Here is a good example of how a similar transformer can be set up.
