HW/SW design on a Xilinx ZCU102 board with custom FMC ADRV9009 card without a Custom Reference Design?

I have a custom designed FMC card, based on the ADRV9009 Tranciever chip and now I'm considering purchasing a ZCU102 board from Xilinx in order to use them together as a Software Defined Radio. I intend to target a HW/SW design with IP for the FPGA and generate C code for the ARM parts of the Zynq chip on the ZCU102 board. I have access to the necessary Matlab toolboxes, HDL Coder, Embedded Coder and Fixed Point Designer, however dated (2019a).
My question is: Can I use the normal Matlab workflow using HDL coder etc. on a Zynq board as I would have done if I've had the Analog Devices FMC card as used in the ADRV9009-W/PCBZ Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 prototyping platform? Or do I have to add some information to HDL Coder saying that I don't have the ADI FMC card of the prototyping platform?
That is, is it possible for me to avoid making a Custom Reference Design when using a board (the ZCU102) that in the ADI prototyping platform uses the existing Support Packages for Xilinx Zynq Platform, but, in my case, with a custom FMC ADRV9009 card connected to the board?
Grateful for any help!
