How to know if there is a copy/paste process?

I want to write few lines of code to identify if there is a copy or paste process that is currently running on my Windows 10 computer. I couldn't find very much on this, hope someone can help.

No, I just want to know if there is an active copy/paste process that the system is currently performing. You know, like one of these processes in the picture shown, I want to detect if one is currently happening in the computer.

How exactly is that MATLAB related? Do you want to detect it via MATLAB?
