I'd like to get rid of the tiny colored dots that conceal the red lines. Kindly help if you can.

How is this image being created? It will probably be easier to prevent the problem than try fixing the damage caused by artifacts.

Those are jpeg compression artifacts. That's why you should never use jpg format for image analysis. Use PNG format instead.
