Find Homogeneity of an Image?

Hi,
I have an image under constant illumination. I found the image is homogeneous by calculating intensity at every pixel. But for my report or better explanation, i need a graph like this (attached below).
If any one have any leads, please let me know.

It does not look homogenous to me. It looks like there is a definite pattern of intensity fall off as you go away from the central hot spot. It's probably due to either lighting non-uniformity or lens shading. Not sure what the values represent either. Are they the original intensity values, or the standard deviation in a small window around each pixel? Regardless, you can get another visualization of how varied the pattern is by calling histogram().
