I have got the message that the recurence limit is reached, when I wanted to run big program I am just debugging. There was also a recommendation to increase N that was preset to 500. This message repeated immedialelly even after new start of MATLAB.
I do not use recurence wilingly, nevertheless, I may not state that it does not happen by mistake. Interesting is, that MATLAB does not announce place, where it has happened during the program run. Any clear does not help as well as MATLAB restart. Is there a way how to delete a stack content that blocks new run?
Thanls for any help.

Type in Matlab
le = lasterror
That will give you information on (unsurprisingly) the last error - this should contain information (in le.stack) about where th recursion is happening.
