Reading .txt files from the folder and extracting data

Hello,

I have a couple of folders which have three text files, I want to read the first file and save the numerical value in an array.

The folders look like above each folder has three files which look like

I want to read the first file of each folder and extract the value of Cext, as shown in the picture below.

Does any one knows how it can be done?
