How to get real-time emg analysis using arduino board with ekg/emg shield?

i have try emglab, http://www.emglab.net/emglab/Software/Software.php but i cannot connect the arduno to the matlab. i think it need special procedure or extra step.

this only work for matlab2013a and above aint it?
