MATLAB Activation Issues: Redesignation Window

Couple days ago I had my Mac's HD reformatted. I did not uninstall the Matlab prior to HD reformat. When I tried to reinstall Matlab2014a in it again, during the activation process I get the 'Error 354: No more machine transfers available.' message. Previously, I had the license being installed in my Mac and my Windows PC (two separate machines).
I found this link as to the answer to my issue. Basically I need to 'wait until your next redesignation window occurs.'. Is this mean I need to wait for some times and just simply retry to activate again later? If not, then what is the solution?

Never heard of it. Generally we refer all license questions to the Mathworks, per this link.
