Checking the exisiting of the Goto block with specified GotoTag

How can I check if the Goto block with the specified GotoTag exists?

In order to check if the block with the desired name exists I can use it:

handle = getSimulinkBlockHandle('sampleModel/Goto')

but I want to check if gotoblock exists with specified tag (without pointing the name of the block).

I need something like this:

handle = getSimulinkBlockHandle('GotoTag','Out4')

handle>=0 exists

handle=-1 do not exists

How can I achieve that?
