Accessing cells of a cell

I have the following cell:

Now, when I open it, you can see the following:

My question is, how can we retrieve all the data of such cell?

If cellArray is your cell array as shown above with one element, then to access that element just do
data = cellArray{1};
Here we assume that the cell array has been initialized as something similar to
cellArray{1} = 0.5*ones(128,128);
