Speed reference of "Wind Turbine Doubly-Fed Induction Generator" block!

Hi,
When using the "Wind Turbine Doubly-Fed Induction Generator" block with the external mechanical torque option checked is it possible to configure a fixed and singular speed reference for the system? For example, I want to force my DFIG to run with a specific speed I choose, for now, is it possible?
