Hi there,
I have got a few ITK based codes which contain lots of useful functions. I am wondering if it is possible to build .dll or whatever to make these functions usable in Matlab? Like a Matlab interface to use ITK functions.
Thanks very much. Aaronne.

You have a couple of options 1) If you have the code compiled in to a dll, you can directly load the dll using MATLAB loadlibrary functions. http://www.mathworks.com/help/techdoc/matlab_external/f23224dfi7.html
2) write C/C++ code using ITK api's and add the mexFunction to interface it with MATLAB. http://www.mathworks.com/help/techdoc/matlab_external/f23224.html
