How 'Blakechart' function draw diagram whitout radar parameters (like peak power ecc.)?

I need some info about the 'blakechart' function in toolbox phased.array. It use CRPL model for refraction atmosphere but it's seem strange that the function calculate and draw the blake chart whitout radar parameters like peak power, noise ecc..
Thank you in advance

Hi Franktiello,
The resulting curve is computed based on the so called free space range, which is essentially the range derived from radar equation. So the factors like power and noise are included there.

I agree with you, but this means that i should provide radar parameters for the correct range elaborated from radar equation.
If i use radar equation i should insert radar parameters...
You can use radar equation to compute the range first, such as radareqrng and then insert the resulting range as the free space range in the radarvcd command. The second argument in radarvcd is the free space range and blakechart just plots whatever comes out of radarvcd. Does this address your concern?
