Phased Array System tool box

I have recently installed the 2014a version. However, when I call any function call related to this tool box, it return an error. Does this tool box have to separately installed or is by default included as part of our university academic license.

Run the command

 ver

from the matlab command window to see which toolboxes are available

Whether it is included as part of the university license really defers from university to university. Like Niklas suggested, you can use ver command to check what is installed and if you don't find it, you may need to contact your school's system administrator regarding the details of the license.
