How can I install hardware support without downloading the package via the installer?

I'd like to install the hardware support for C2000 but our company server doesn't permit installer software to download content. So when I get to the 'please log in to your mathworks account' stage I get an error. Is there a way of getting the zip file for the support package directly from the website rather than downloading it via the installer?

Unfortunately that process also requires a log in from the installer once you select the package you want, which I can't do.

Push this up to you IT people and tell them to do it for you. Let them fight whatever policy fights are needed to get approval to bring the software in. You will either end up with the software installed or with an official statement that it is not allowed to install the software -- a statement that you can then take to your supervisors and say "The company does not allow me to do this work."
