is it possible that create a exe. working on computer hasnt installed Matlab ?

Yunus, you need MATLAB Compiler (and therefore MATLAB) to create the .exe file. To run the .exe file the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR, royalty-free) needs to be installed on the end-user machine.
