I have 9 data sets from an enzyme inhibition experiment. In a Simbiology model I can estimate a global rate constant ki using the individual fit task, NLINFIT with pooled data. I now want to repeat the global ki estimate but allow another parameter (the substrate concentration, S) to be fitted locally to each data set i.e. to vary or optimize for each curve. Is this possible in Simbiology? thanks, Lambro.

You can find an example explaining the combination of pooled (global) and unpooled (local) parameters here Is it possible to combine pooled and unpooled parameter fitting in SimBiology 4.3 (R2013a)?
