Common Scenarios During Bluetooth Setup

The following section lists some of the common scenarios that may be faced while connecting via the Bluetooth® Low Energy dongle.

Step 1: After you successfully complete the Firmware update, the next screen prompts you to connect to Parrot® Mambo Minidrone using the BLE dongle.

Step 2: Ensure that you are in a space that does not have any other Bluetooth devices. There might be issues in detecting the hardware when there are multiple Bluetooth Devices. Perform the steps listed in: CSR device is stalled and does not show any new device.

Step 3: Set Up a Bluetooth NAP Connection for Parrot Mambo using the steps listed in: Set Up a Bluetooth NAP Connection for Parrot Mambo.

Note

You need to identify the Parrot Mambo minidrone that appears in the list with the correct icon, . If a device with this icon does not appear after a few seconds, wait for the scan to be completed, and then click Search Again to scan for the Bluetooth-enabled devices again.

Another icon with the title Mambo_XXXXXX may appear in the scan result. DO NOT click this icon.
