Return operating point for MATLAB S-function as MATLAB data structure
outOP = GetOperatingPoint(s)
Instance of the
Simulink.MSFcnRunTimeBlockclass that represents a Level-2 MATLAB S-Function block.
The Simulink® engine invokes this custom method to get the operating point information for the Level-2 MATLAB S-Function block when saving the model operating point. The software saves the model operating point when you explicitly configure a model to save final states with the final operating point and when you use features that rely on the model operating point internally, such as fast restart.

R2019a: SimState methods for Level-2 MATLAB S-functions replaced with operating point methods
Simulink.SimState.ModelSimState object, which was introduced in 2009a, is
renamed and replaced with the
Simulink.op.ModelOperatingPoint object. As
part of this change, the SimState methods for Level-2 MATLAB S-functions are replaced with
equivalent operating point methods. The SimState methods continue to work but are not
GetOperatingPoint method instead of the
SetOperatingPoint method instead of the
