This example shows how to find the remaining depreciable value after six years for the cost of an asset for $13,000 with a life of 10 years. The salvage value is $1000.
Accum = depstln(13000, 1000, 10) * 6
Accum = 7200
Value = deprdv(13000, 1000, 7200)
Value = 4800
