Length in bits of the C long long data type that the production hardware supports, specified as an integer value from 64 through 128. The value must be a multiple of 8. The value of this parameter must be greater than or equal to the value of Test Device Details: long.

Use the C long long data type only if your C compiler supports long long.

Dependencies:

• Selecting a test device using the Test Device Details: Device vendor and Test Device Details: Device type parameters sets a device-specific value for this parameter.

• This parameter is enabled only if you can modify it for the specified device. You can change the value of this parameter for custom targets only.
