Polyspace® Bug Finder™ checks C/C++ code for defects (bugs), coding standard violations, or code complexity metrics and reports the issues found or the numerical values of metrics as a list of results. Each type of result is identified by one of the following icons:

  • Defects (bugs) are shown with the icon .

  • Coding standard violations are shown with the icon and .

  • Code complexity metrics are shown with the icon .
