For our largest customers in the Netherlands, we are looking for a colleague who will help them succeed by transforming their use of MathWorks solutions and services into valuable innovations within their software ecosystem, products, and services, thereby establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize and document their technology needs.
  • Raise awareness and promote the adoption of MathWorks solutions and services to address customer needs, within the context of their technology roadmap.
  • Help prioritize and define MathWorks solution roadmap in alignment with the customer’s, broadening and deepening adoption.
  • Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
  • Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
  • A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or Applied Physics, with industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English, European Framework of Reference Level C1. Dutch language skills are a plus!
  • Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
  • Proven technical project management skills.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages: C, C++, Python, or Java.
  • Knowledge of modern software systems, including cloud computing, security, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
