Vicon Tracker

Vicon Tracker is an object-tracking solution that provides direct integration with models running in Simulink^®. The integration enables engineers to use Vicon camera hardware for tracking rigid bodies, while streaming six degrees of freedom pose data in real time with low latency.

Tracker recognizes rigid bodies in 2D so position data will continue even if the markers become visible to only one camera. This results in fewer gaps in captured data.

Tracker can be used for HIL testing of control systems and has native integration with Simulink. Use Vicon's supporting product, DataStream SDK, to integrate data with MATLAB^®. Tracker 3.0 has added functionality enabling the use of Simulink in environments where TCP is not supported (e.g., when modeling some embedded hardware). Instrument Control Toolbox™ is required for communication via UDP.
