Flyback converter for 27W LED load with ripple port solution

This converter is designed basically on the concept of ripple port which reduces the size of output capacitor C1 from 2.4mH to 400 uH
The ripple port switch S2 works on 100Hz & main switch S1 works on 60Khz. The output capacitor in C1 in this converter only filter the ripple in main frequency of current but it doen't filter the double the supply frequency at zero crossing. Therefore the value C1 can be reduced significantly. The ripple port filter the double the supply frequency component & balances the power at ouput LED.
