With the help of the M4JPEG Tool, the user can easily hide a file in a JPEG image using an adaptive steganographic method called Mod4. Once the secret file is hidden, the created image is still a JPEG file. It will load just like any other JPEG and appear as it did before. The size of the created JPEG image will be approximately around the original one.

It is a DCT-based method, so The change in the resulting JPEG size will NOT be according to the size of the embedded file.

I am not familiar with steganography concepts, but The tool works very well. Somehow I was confused when I noticed that the resulting image size is sometimes less than the original one !!.
