Analyses the photoisomerisation quantum yield of photoswitchable molecules from UV/Vis absorption data.

Photoisomerisation_analysis is a program to analyse data from photoisomersiation experiments in solution or in thin films. The program is based on the rate equation described in Scientific Reports 7:41145, DOI: 10.1038/srep41145. The input data needed is a matrix, consisting of two columns. The first column should contain irradiation times, and the second should containe absorbance of the sample at the wavelength of irradiation at the time indicated in column one. To run the program, place the source data file in the same folder as the program, open QYmain.m and press run.
